Living conditions:

• Check-in time is at 12:30; check-out time is at 12:00. You should inform us about the time of your arrival beforehand.
• The hourly rent is also possible by arrangement.
• In case of a term rent for a long period of time: every three days cleaning with bed linen change.

Answer: Apartment is the best alternative to the hotel first of all due to price. If you are renting an apartment you should pay only the mentioned price which doesn’t depend on the number of guests living there. In the hotel you will be obliged to pay different sum of money depending on the number of people checking in. On the contrary, while renting an apartment it won’t matter how many people will be living there.

Question: Are there any discounts for renting an apartment?

Answer: Regular customers have a 10% discount. Discount is also available in case if the term of rent is more than 3 days.

Question: What are the ways of making the apartment payment?

Answer: We can receive money not only by cash but also by payment cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, in a form of bank transfer (temporary hryvnia only) and via international systems of urgent money transfer: Webmoney and WesternUnion.

Question: What facilities are available in the apartment?

Answer: All apartments are fully furnished and have all necessary facilities: telephone with free of charge local calls, TV, all necessary home appliances, kitchen utensils, bed linen etc.
