1. You may book any of the apartments represented on our website for the certain date for the term of minimum 3 days and more. We guarantee that the chosen accommodation will be free during all the period of time if you pay for 3 days of rent.
2. If the booking term is 1-2 days we cannot guarantee the availability of the certain apartment in advance. Though if the chosen apartment is vacant at the moment of your arrival we will settle you there with pleasure. Otherwise we will select an alternative for you.
3. If you haven’t booked an apartment in advance for some reason you have a possibility to settle into an apartment on your arrival. You can call us as soon as you arrive in Kiev (e.g. from the airport) and within 15 minutes we will offer you vacant accommodation. However this variant is possible only if you are arriving during working hours, i.e. before 18:00 (Kiev time). Unfortunately we can’t give you a 100% guarantee that a certain apartment is available but judging by our experience it is possible to find a vacant apartment and choose the most suitable accommodation for you in 99% of the cases.
The highest demand for daily apartments in Kiev is observed from April till September and during holidays (March, 8th; May, 1-7; New Year etc.), therefore try to book the apartments at least 1-2 weeks before your arrival. Prepayment is obligatory for assured settlement.
